Can't jump on Q's chair anymore

Neither my Caitian nor my Ferasan "Cat People" can jump on top of Q's chair anymore, even though they were able to a week or so ago.

It was actually FUN, devs, to jump on top of that chair. Q would be amused that a "cat person" would jump on top of his chair...like any other cat would.

Was it abused? I never saw bunches of "Cat People" jumping on the throne.

Don't be that company that sees its playerbase having fun and then decide to nerf fun. You know, that one company that is like a very heavy snowstorm that enjoys nerfing fun...

i think it was a fix for the problem of him falling through his chair
they made chair's collision box larger I guess

Q was amused at first, but grew tired of it because its not suppose to amuse you...just him

I'm willing to accept that for "the reason," but it had a very unfortunate consequence to fun. Hopefully, we can get the best of both worlds here.

I'm more annoyed that jumping on stuff was disabled at many other places in the game.

Defera Invasion Zone, Nimbus, alcolves in Infected ground to name just a few examples.

I think there were two separate Q winter event chair animations. the one in the Klingon city always floated, and I've never seen an issue with that one. The one in sol station was always on the ground and kept cropping up with Q doing odd things (I recall one time when he was floating off to his right side of the chair, but still sitting down). they didn't looke 'exactly' the same either, although I can't put my finger on why. Now the one in Sol station looks, floats and acts like the one the Klingons get. think they just got rid of the old one and used the Klingon version.

but that's just a theory.
