Got any pictures because I sent an hour trying to find it.
If the stronghold mission is in your mission log that will help make it easier to find if you select it as your primary mission. You can select a mission if you click on the starfleet logo next to (on the left side) being displayed.
Exit paradise, travel left till you cannot traverse further because of the mountains, Go forward with the mountains (opposite direction the nausican ruins) till you come to a path leading into the mountains. If you follow that path up it will lead you to the stronghold.

I have no problem finding the Stronghold. Done that missions alot with my 52 toons but this is the first time in along time and i am trying to find the transporter so i dont have to go up through everything again.

I will say it again.
Need to find TRANSPORTER at the stronghold
This was my second assumption.
Sadly i do not know the answer. Once you leave you are out forever like many other locations.
It's in the paradise courtyard. If i remember properly, it's to the right of the entrance to the club (as you face the doors. It's sort of tucked away under the stairs leading up to the platform above the gate.
Do you mean the step near the end of the quest inside the club where you need to find Hakeev's transporter? Leave the arena, fight the crowds, turn right, go out the door, fight the ambushers, turn left.
If you mean the location on the Nimbus surface that leads to the club, you go to the fortress past the prison pens, enter the courtyard, go right and go to the door that's glowing if this is your primary quest.
If you mean some shortcut to skip the Nimbus surface part and jump straight to the club, I don't know of any way.
For those that do not know, they added in site to site transporters, like they have on new romulus, thats what the op is asking about. (Just like new romulus you have to go find them in order to use them.)
OP the one in the stronghold is located just inside the gate leading into the courtyard. ( I didn't spot it until I was only a couple of steps away from it myself. Go into the gate turn right, Stay on the ground and follow around to the right until you find an opening leading into they stair supports. head toward the edge of the cliff, its in one of those cubicle areas almost directly on the edge.
You'll often find a group of Gorn and Orion enemies close to it. There's two groups at both sides from the door you go through when you play the episode with Hassan.
The transporter is close to the group on the right hand side of that door, underneath the stairs.

Ah, thanks. Did they add any decent reward for repeating the episode, like the elite marks for the last 2 Kobali missions?
Nimbus missions? rewards? why do you think it's unpopular(aside from the crappy L30 random loot in the overworld map)
The only unique stuff that you have any reason to get more than once are the piercing Tetryon weapons. which don't come in single array. Also their gimmick is a tiny chance of shield pen, so not great.

Gameplay wise I actually like Nimbus and revisit every so often, even though it rewards little. (The three Yridian missions are a quick way to dil for those in the area, though)

I was indeed pleasantly surprised by the addition of the transporters, but as mentioned, once you find them all, that usually means you've completed all the missions in the areas and there isn't much else to be done, except for some daily dil and accolades.
I really wished the "Planet of Galactic Peace" would get more love (and the timers for the bosses reduced to be more practical), especially now in the timeline where the 3 factions are allied and the Tal Shiar and Orion Syndicate are gone.

The transporters are helpful to let you zip back to the bar once you're done with a mission.
I am confused, I thought people preferred lower Level Items, as that gives additional chances to Upgrade Quality at cheaper costs??

Though there is always the "Back to Paradise" button when you're out of combat. May be a few yards more, but not that much.
If, then even lower than level 5. And you'd need to start with a good set of procs before it makes sense to upgrade.
