Web Access mission

Can anyone tell me why i cant start this mission? Im playing on PS4 and got it after completing t3 of romulan reputation. It showz as an active mission but i cant access the cave and the romulan scientist to the left of the transporter at the cave area on new romulus doesnt activaye it like the searches say he should. Am i missing something?

There are several Romulans around the transporter pad, you might be talking to the wrong one. There are 2 missions in the cave, the reputation one (view and submit recording) and the daily one (help the scientists). Once you get the help the scientists one listed as active you should be able to enter the cave.
