Greetings, Admirals!
Welcome to Episodes 66-70 of Let's Play Star Trek Online - Winters Fed Walkthrough.
This series is a complete walkthrough of every aspect of the game - Story Missions, Reputations, DOFFing, Admiralty, BOFFS, Research and Development, Fleets, Crafting and End-Game Content etc. Every player, new and veteran, will find them a valuable source of information, tips and tricks. You may even learn something new! This could be anything from an accolade to a system that you didn’t fully understand or helpful hints on earning in game currencies like Energy Credits or Dilithium.
There will be a brand new episode released every Monday through Friday.
In Todays Episodes:
In this episode we go over a number of different things that have changed since I last record an episode. 40 days have actually passed since that last video was recorded. During this time we have managed to get all of our Reputations up to Tier 5 and we have also built up enough Marks to purchase any Reputation gear that we are going to get. In this episode we also get a very detailed explanation of the Reputation System covering the daily mission costs and rewards etc.
In this episode we are collecting our Tier 5 rewards for both the Nukara Reputation and the Dyson Reputation. The Nukara Rep is pretty easy, all we have to do is go to Nukara Prime and talk to a NPC. From there we make our way to the Dyson Sphere Gateway and travel to the Solanae Syson Sphere. After watching a number of cut-scenes we then make our way to a NPC located in Allied Space and collect our reward. It should be noted that there is also a special Boff available from the Dyson Rep reward too. Once we are finished there we then make our way to DS9 to complete some Reputation missions for Temporal and Terran Reps.
In this episode we travel to New Romulus and we complete a number of missions that are required in order to get our Tier 5 New Romulus Reputation reward. This has been changed recently and there are a number of missions that are included in the list of Story Mission Arcs and these must be completed first before you can get your Tier 5 New Romulus Reputation reward.
In this episode we play the story mission "Warehouse". This is a new addition to the story arc and is needed in order to get our Tier 5 New Romulus Reputation reward. Once we have finished the "Warehouse" mission we then do the "Atlai" mission which is pretty simple. It basically requires you to do a number of science objectives like scan radiation, observe wildlife, take water samples etc.
In this episode we are playing the Vastam Peaks mission located on New Romulus. This mission is required in order to progress in the new "New Romulus" story arc so that we can get our Tier 5 Reputation reward for the Romulan Rep. Once we have this mission complete we then move on to the mission "Mountain Base". Again this is needed in order to progress in the New Romulus story arc.
