Issue with the Doff System: Two Fabrication Engineers

Dear Cryptic Devs

Could you finally solve the problem that we can not have two Fabrication Engineers slotted at the same time when one is in for space and you want to put one in for ground and vis versa.

If they can't CopyPasta it, it might never happen. My suggestion would be for the Devs to move the doff power to a less restrictive doff.
