Tier 1 to tier 2 advancement project missing. Xbox one.

I found that the project that allows you to start the next tier of reputation missing. The only way it would show was to either fill project slots 1 & 2, which would allow the project to show. Some one mentioned that going straight to project slot 3 would also show the project needed to advance to next tier. I never tried this but thought it worth a mention. Cheers.

    The 3rd slot is where you select the Tier Upgrade, not 1 or 2. It only appears once you have the requisite XP.

    I'd still say it's not right then. I'm a relative new player. So I could have missed a tutorial somewhere along the line. But why not show all available projects regardless of what slot I select. Why the 3rd slot? I should be able to utilise any project slot. That would just confuse/frustrate new players.cheers.
