Can anyone explain the times for Fast and Flurrious race

Sorry if this has already been asked, but can anyone explain how the times of the fast and flurrious races work?

At this point they just seem completely random, and that Breen with the details should be shot for all the help he is.

Any info is appreciated.

Well, they follow a pattern. This year, you get two shots at it in a row. You can see when they're gonna happen in your UI, top-right.

Basically the events are on a 75 minute rotation now, so it will indeed be different every hour. Depending on where you are also hours will differ. Let's say, in your timezone at 12pm there is an F&F race. Then the next will be 7 minutes later. The next races follow 75 minutes (1:15h) after these. So the schedule would be:

12:00
12:07
1:15
1:22
2:30
2:37
3:45
3:52
5:00, and the cycle starts anew
