Dear Devs: Please consider making general science console stat boosts

I was reviewing a build on STO builds Reddit and felt bad telling the builder to consider pursuing a certain build (EPG) and neglecting other off-build powers (DrainX powers) due to a lack of investment in a particular stat.
Cryptic loves proving options for players and providing science consoles that boost all science stats (+All Science Stats) could help people play the powers they want in the combinations they want to play without being overly penalized. I think +All Science Stats consoles should not be as powerful as the + Specific Science Stat consoles as their should be a benefit to committing to specific stats (EPG, DrainX, ControlX, etc.).
