Where is the console to display the holiday ship on starbase

Where is the console to show this?

Did not do any before but did the one for this year. Went to the fleet starbase and can't find any console to display this. It's a Fed one btw.

On a Federation starbase, the console for the decorations display is in the middle of the open space as you leave the transporter room - look to your right, you should see a console (midway between the Enterprise pictures and the costumes display, assuming you've got those.)

Thanks, shevet. But it appears if the 2016 is the only one unlocked, then the console isn't even able to be interacted with. So must be part of the 2016 bug.

And after doing one of the prior year ones, the completed 2016 isn't even an option at the console while the older one is.

Thanks for posting on this - our fleet recently completed it also, and couldn't locate it to display it.
