I noticed this more during the Winter Event this year. I decided to get the KDF sweater because frankly it's awesome. I also decided to get the elite KDF scarf to put together a nice winter outfit. Well because of how clothing categories are done I can do the following:
Off-Duty - Sweater + Bajoran robe
Uniform - Sweater + scarf
So far I haven't found a category where I can have the sweater + scarf + bajoran robe all in one.
This most likely has been asked but could categories be dumped in favor of setting STO up like Champions when it comes to outfits? Seems like people are limited initially anyway when they first start out to standard uniforms so right away they wouldn't be running around in swimwear or anything else.
At the very least could the scarf be put in off duty? Seems really out of place just in the uniform category.
