Question about a Novel plot thread

I recently finished the book Star Trek Titan: Fallen Gods and it has a B plot where the Andorian crew members are transporter duplicated like Will and Thomas where, with the originals returning to Titan and the copies being shipped home to Andor as breeding stock. Is there any follow up in another book on the transporter clones?
A Trill, a Gorn, a Jem'Hadar, Bejoran and a Voth walk into a bar, and the Bartender asks "What is this a Joke?"
"Nope, just my away team" the trill replies before ordering a round for the bar.

Not that I'm aware of, but the "breeding stock" bit refers to a long-running sideplot in the Pocket Books novels of the Andorians being in danger of extinction due to their low birthrate (complicated tetrasexual reproduction + technobabble genomic damage = practically no babies), which was meant to explain why they barely existed in TNG, DS9, and VOY but were so prominent in ENT.

I was aware of what the main B plot was, I just wasn't sure if that thread had been tied off or not. Seems like something that would be interesting to revisit in the future.
