STO Visit the Gateway login issue

When I try to log in Visit the Gateway on my iPad but it resets itself and won't let me log in to get it through to see my personal characters, crew members, starships, and etc. I don't know what causes this error but do you know how to fix it, please anyone?

    I'm going to guess that that's an IPad thing. It works fine for me on my PC, anyway. But speaking of the Gateway, PLEASE make it so that we can view our AOY characters on it.

    ...Unlikely, I know, since Cryptic pretty much told us that it's dead, but still...

    STO gateway is currently no longer supported by PWE... So any major issues probably won't be fixed...
