Account Server went down

Was running ok until I log off to Switch Toons on other account.

    Perhaps they're not replying because they're working on fixing the game?

    I know I'd rather them fix the broken server than be on the forum holding our hands.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    I am not only not able to log in but also when I have been logging in for the last month I have been unable to control my ships 90% of the time. I have had to kamakazi into the crystylline entity to complete the mission. I have sent several tickets but they have majically dissapeared into cryptic/sto support hell. I did not pay to be a lifer to not have my game work this TRIBBLE has been happening ever since they went to the two step sign in and I have it disabled. I am complaining here because submitting tickets have not worked or even been replied to.

    this game is how i relax, im on painkillers for my back and wrists, and when they kick in, i have a wonderful experience just doing DOff missions... i was in the middle of one of my Doff missions when the server went down....NOT A HAPPY CAMPER RIGHT NOW! -.-

    Cannot log in either. Was in game fine an hour or more ago, bought 2 character slot unlocks, tried buying bank slots when it said unspecified error both times. Tried changing characters to verify whether I'm at my bank slot limit (which I kind of doubt but may be lacking records going that far back) and couldn't log back in after entering account info.

    "Account server connection could not be started. Please try again later."

    Was hoping to maybe buy more services while the sale was still on. Oh well.

    LTS simply gives you more storage space, free ships, the ability to play LibBorg and Talaxian, gives you a LibBorg BOFF and a Mugato pet and puts you at the head of the line for logins.

    Other than that, you don't get the new stuff first, LTS and FTP both get the new stuff first.

    Oh, vampirecspektor1, I know all about anger. I used to get angry at the slightest things when I was younger (56 now), but I learned that getting angry solves nothing. I'm much better at anger management now and when the gameserver is down I simply find another game to play.

    Currently, Oblivion is second on my list, after doing my Arc quests.

    And I'm a LTS too, but I know it doesn't make me a special snowflake, I just get more stuffs than a FTP. And was FTP up till earlier this summer.

    F2P or LTS, we still 'pay for stuff' (I've dropped 6100Z on just one ship, and however much on other ships, BOFF spaces, Aenar and Borg, etc) which is money in Cryptic's bank account, so yes, we do all pay for this game, and deserve the courtessy of being treated like customers, rather than being lead round by the nose like rubes, because they know we'll put up with their shizz, because we love the franchise...

    By the time you posted this, they probably aren't even awake, or at least probably not even in the offices yet.

    You need to calm down and remember they are people, they are in a different time zone, and they are not obligated to post responses (especially responses to impatient demands like that).
    Whatever is wrong with the game, it will be fixed in due time.

    Well, like I said, getting angry does no one any good, especially you :)

    Spend that two hours or so doing something else you enjoy. That's what I'm going to do, I have a Dunmer doing the MQ in Oblivion.
