New Defiant model lacks compatibility with the other set pieces in it's class

While the new Defiant-Class model is awesome, it seems that the other set pieces in it's class (Gallant, Vigilant, Sau Paulo, etc.) no longer fit with any of the new Defiant pieces. All of the new Defiant pieces seem to place onto the other class hulls as if they are still the differently-shaped old Defiant pieces, and vice-versa, the other class pieces place onto the new Defiant hull as if it were still the old Defiant hull, which had a significantly different shape. This results in none of these pieces lining up correctly when you try to use them together. One of the fun things about this game is mixing and matching between the various class pieces. It would be nice if this issue could get fixed at some point.

Yes, this is most annoying. Before the remodel my preferred ship was the normal defiant with the Sao Paulo saucer and pylons... that no longer works with the canon Defiant model.
