Hi guys, I'd like a feedback on this build: I wanted a PvP build, but it won't be bad if it works for PvE too.

NOTES:
I heard that current meta is based on total annihilation: kill the enemy before he can get you. So I removed every healing ability except RSP (for survival and HE for hazard cleanse).
I focused the build on Control and Damage: keep the target locked with GW, Trac Beam and Assimilated Trac Beam (which is good along with KCB) and bomb the opponent with devastating AP DHCs, buffed by EPtW, CSV, APB and captain's abilities.
Endothermic Inihibitor Beam is for filling the slot: I think its good with its -20% shield resistance debuff, its also buffed by Particle Generators.
