Where can I download the STO launcher without ARC?

I need to reinstall STO, but don't want ARC. Where is the link for that please?

    I honestly don't think you can.
    However, installing the game, even with ARC, does NOT mean you have to use ARC after installation, i've worked arround this quite some time now.

    Once installed the game, go to your programs files (X86) map, locate the perfect world entertainment map, and browse through the maps untill you find the startrek online EN map, there should be startrek online.exe file in it or in one of the other maps if any. Make a "shortcut to desktop" and you can start the game from there without having to log into arc each time.

    I only use ARC when i need ZEN, that is the only thing i use ARC for.

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Perfect World Entertainment\Star Trek Online_en\Star Trek Online.exe" is the shortcut that i'm using atm
