Herald Elite Baltrim pets

Silly question. I have finally got my Vonph Cruiser and I have enough fleet credits to get my pets I see the Advanced version in the dilithium store but I can't find it on the fleet level, where do I go to get the elite ones is it the fleet spire?

    Elite-grade pets are usually at the fleet starbase.

    Your fleet must be the right tier to buy elite pets

    You also need the actual Baltim ship to unlock the pets. Those restrictions tend to suck, at least you're not trying to get attack ship pets for a Dominion Dreadnought.

    It's even worse with the Breen frigates if you missed that event, I think.

    I found them and was able to get them. Loving my beast. I named her the U.S.S. Big Daddy
