Illegible ship name.

I'm using a T6 long range science vessel customized with Intrepid pieces. The Ship name on the saucer seems to be just a long row of random characters. I've changed the ship name, used different hull material, and tried every graphics setting. The only thing that makes it readable is changing the saucer to one of the other types in the ship customization. I know that it's supposed to look small, but, the name is perfectly readable on my T4 Intrepid.
