Exchange Search Disruptor Dual Heavy Cannons - Broken or just my computer?

I started a new tactical character and decided on a disruptor build, until I discovered I couldn't search for (above) in the exchange. I can search for the dual heavy cannons, and the exchange does find items, but the results field flashes for a split second, then blanks out. I can see I should be looking at 1-26 of 400, but there's nothing to read. I tried this on my AOY new character and an old level 50 character from 3 years ago.

It seems I had the same issue three years ago, when I last played, but I can't be sure.

Can any of you complete a successful search for the disruptor dual heavy cannons, or even heavy cannons? If so, please let me know if you have an Intel processor and what manufacturer of graphics card. I'm using an AMD processor and an Nvidia 780.

If you have any other suggestions for me to find the disruptor dual heavy cannons, please let me know as well. I can search cannons, but then you only get 400 results. I've tried narrowing the search by captain level and quality level as well, but can't seem to find any in the 20 min or so I spent looking. Thanks again.

    I did find some by limiting my search to purple quality and disruptor dual, though I had to go back to a low level in order to find some. Maybe that's the answer for now?

    It sounds like you have the 'Usable Items Only' filter set to 'On'. That causes the search to be filtered *after* it's pulled the list, so if none match from the list it'll come up for a brief moment and then go black as you describe. Disruptor DHCs are probably mistakenly tagged as KDF or something of that sort, so don't show for Feds when that 'Usable Items Only' is flipped on.

    Yeah, that seems to be the issue.


    OP, if your current ship cannot equip dual heavy cannon, then by default you will not see any search results even though you may see something like "1 to 26 out of 400".

    At the bottom of the Exchange Window is a filter that you are likely overlooking. Make sure "Usable Items Only" is set to "Off" and you should be able to see your search results.
