Will the Klingon Fleet version of this have a big Klingon Trifoil on the hood? What about the Romulans?

    Oh, I hope they did it like they did the Embassy...the projects that added the Klingon touches to it.
    But more than likely, it is going to be like the other newer ones, the same building all the way across.

    The Klingon TOS set is the Federation set with warmer colors, and the Romulan set is with cooler colors. Throw some chainmail in for the Klingons, and some drapery in for the Romulans, and boom. The Romulans have a TOS symbol of there own (see the symbol in "Core of the Matter", it is the symbol from "The Enterprise Incident"). There also has been a moderately sized lobby, for there to be a Romulan themed fleet starbase, and other fleet assets.
