I have had my secondary fire control randomly change from right click to a Joystick button, I'll change it then when I hit "B" to toggle from shooter to RPG mode the secondary weapon will fire. So, you're not the only one with weird control things going on.

Try disabling controllers and joysticks in options, I had a similar issue a while ago where the game randomly assigned tray powers to joysticks etc. and this stopped it happening iirc.

Tried it... then the game decided to troll me harder afterwards. Now, it doesn't even need a different map to reset back, it does this in the same one, sometimes several times in a row!

Yes, Controls Tab is totally screwed up....of course, it was screwed up before as well, so this is no surprise to me. Why is it that this tab is pretty much the ONLY one that does not have an "Apply" button, instead of just "OK" and "Cancel"?

"Camera Shake"....I hate this, I have hated it from the beginning, and I disable it on every new character that I create. But at least before, I was ABLE to shut it off. Now it resets to become active EVERY TIME I change maps. Having my screen dance about while I'm trying to fight is incredibly distracting, and in heavy space combat it's making things almost unplayable for me.

And "Aim"....when I logged in yesterday morning, I noticed an immediate change: As normal I hit "X" and drop into my Aiming crouch, fired off my Sniper Rifle at the target and then kept shooting. Someone tosses a grenade or something in my direction, and I move out of the targeted circle....and what's this? I'm suddenly removed from my Aiming crouch, which means I'm losing the Damage Boost. Is this supposed to be intentional? What kind of benefit are we supposed to be getting from using an ability that vanishes if we try to dodge an attack?

A little later, I noticed that now I was unable to select "Aim" at all. I would hit "X", I'd drop into the crouch....and the moment my finger left the key, I'd be out of the crouch again. Again......what's up with that??

I've been experiencing this particular issue myself since the patch yesterday. Just today, I discovered that you now need to HOLD "X" to remain in Aim Mode (however, this seems to only be in effect with RPG controls, while Shooter mode has no such issues). Similarly, the camera is locked in free camera mode, and won't follow targets, making it hard to keep an eye on what's going on (although this only seems to apply to ground combat).

Hmmm....I hadn't considered using Shooter Mode, if the issue with Aim continues that would be better than nothing. Though it still doesn't affect the loss of the Damage Boost that Aim is supposed to be giving me. Perhaps Thursday will have a patch to fix this problem, assuming they haven't somehow done it since yesterday.

There's an option in the ground Controls section called 'Aim mode as toggle'. Nothing in there that I can see about crouching though.

Well, when I say "crouch" that's the closest I get to the way I'm acting...the camera view drops and closes in, and if I'm moving I am kind of "crab walking" along very slowly.
