normal difficulty has no penality what so every if you die.
advanced and elite are tuffer enemies and you get penalities while dieing and some accoleds unlock in play but most usefull
only in stf, fleet and event queue runs sicne it rewards extra R&D very rare materials and more marks and special reputation item
episodes and red alerts best if run on normal and isnt gieving reward wise no diffrence if done on advanced or elite.you get acutally same rewards on normal, advanced and elite
only bonus on advanced and elite you gain the penality acolleds faster.
advanced and elite penality can be removed and medical personal to treat ground personal, ships can be repaired, and cost is 0 ec if done at the base like ESD, Quonos and New Romulus.
inside mission, episodes, stf, fleet and event and so on need use the removal componetes what cost ec or are drop rewarded.
