I prefer Team Delta due to the unique design. Plus, has anyone else noticed that Charlie looks like a Cylon Raider from BSG?

The top down profile shows the ship with the nose pointing down. Here on team Delta we see a small rectangular notch at the back of the ship. In the cross sectional profile we see the rectangular notch on the right. Does this mean we are looking at the cross section of the back of the ship? If so, Delta looks like it only has one thruster and would develop a lot of structural stress or would spin like an out of control top. If its going to spin, I think the flying saucer would be better.
In fact, If we're going retro with the whole flying saucer thing, can we at least have the option to put big round windows around the circumference? And lets add nd some '50's sound FX to it as well...
Delta, as ugly and bad as it is, is not a traditional UFO (Which Charlie is) and is at least unique. Hence, a vote for Delta is a vote against Charlie. (Now don't go applying this logic in elections, if both candidates are terrible, vote for a 3rd party).
Damn-Near circular Saucers in Trek belong in ONE place. A Federation Starship's main living space, not as a standalone ship.
In summary, my opinions are.
Alpha - Best of a weak bunch, at least it's unique and fits the whole 1st interstellar ship vibe by being less flowing, and more angular.
Beta - Too Romulan, all it's missing is the beak.
Charlie - UFO. No.
Delta - Ugly as sin, but at least it's unique.
5 - Not too bad, but seems to be a Ferengi ship with a bit missing.
6 - Looks too much like a temporal ship (29th or 31st) that's been squished so it's shorter.
Hopefully, sense will prevail in the final round and the whole "herp derp I want a stereotypical, cliché, UFO!" will be just a one time fad because Delta is such a weak choice.
If you can't solve it logically, solve it like a moron.
51 + 1 Foundry Character Slots is NOT enough. Some of us love our characters. If I want to buy more character slots, why can't I? I couldn't experience the entire Delta Recruitment event without deleting a character.
The Iconians themselves can't time travel because their memories revert, but there is nothing to say an Iconian couldn't write everything she needed to do on a PADD, pin it to herself, travel back, read the PADD, do the tasks and return. Or just get one of her Non-Herald underlings to go back in time for her.
Oh yeah, I do Foundry missions for both KDFs and Feds. Just search KSTF (Short for Kinas Special Task Force, where Kinas is the name of the Admiral you will be serving under). The earlier ones are less story based and more combat based, while the later ones have a much heavier story element, but keep the large battles.
Delta is a nice change. Nice to see something wider on the X-Axis than on the Z.
Erm. Have you seen any Romulan ships (Kinda hard to imagine owing to the vast numbers of Scimitars) recently?
Let me list a few ships (Rom and Non-Rom, I also probably missed some): Mogai; Dhelan (just, or is that more square?); T'varo; The Romulan Command Ships (specifically the Deihu's wings); T'laru (JJTrek Rom Ship)' Na'kuhl Taadari (or is it Tadaari?), Scimitar, D4x (JJTrek Klingon Ship).
Still, a vote against the cliché saucer is much appreciated.

Delta would be a nice change in ship design. Do we really want to fly the cliche that is charlie?
Yes. With a crop circle console.
that would be hilarious... I actually picked Charlie for before I read all the comments here, and I picked it for what seems to be the same reasons as everyone else. Flying saucer....

Star Treking, across the universe. Only going forward because we can't find reverse...
I go with Team Charlie. Reason is That Federation ships are based on a straight wing of a Saucer. now the Delta look would also look good on all Superpowers. Especially the Romulan Ha'Apax Warbird.
Charlie for me. If it's the overall winner, I'll be naming (one of) mine the Firestorm after the old X-COM fighter.
Is Delta supposed to have only one engine? Because that looks like it'd be hilarious and annoying to fly.
That's the deflector. Remember, a Dev posted yesterday a pic in the Alpha vs. Bravo voting which is showing that the top is the direction they are flying.
Looks like the vote might turn out acceptably this time. They had to basically hobble the unacceptable contender. This might not turn out as pathetic as the last poll ship. Why are people complaining about Flying Saucers? Their tech is always magnitudes better than Trek tech.
Um, is this just a part of the ship? Like the primary hull or something? If not, then they both suck. If so, then Charlie it is....
I can't believe how poor the information on this is.
It would have diminished the "content" being generated by the voting process but a single six option vote would have made for a more concise community vote.

It's the full ship design... it says so in the OP....
This is a really tough choice for me, the saucer design feels kind of plain for an alien race since humans have been using that shape already, but the second design would seem odd to use as a ship. Either way I hope neither wins overall as I want something more unique.
team TRIBBLE (Charlie) or team TRIBBLE (Delta)? Well, TRIBBLE can theoretically fertilize fields that can grow crops. I can't really say the same for a TRIBBLE, but both are equally worthless to me. If either one of those is the final design choice, your not getting any money from me, but if the above posts are the say you likely don't have to worry. I wasn't aware of the first round of this so I wasn't able to vote. Its not like it would have mattered anyway.
On a serious note, shouldn't this ship's appearance vary depending on what faction they encounter (Federation, KDF, etc.). I'm not asking for a ship with influence with every single influence for every type of influence an STO player can have with the ships of the lock boxes and lobi crystal ships along the standard Z-store ships. I'm asking for a lukari ship that has at least 3 variants that look like they got some influence from the 1 of the 3 factions (Fed, KDF, Rom.). That's one thing that bugged me about the T6 fed carrier; none of the other appearences were offered as costume parts for it (I haven't dropped the zen for it, so I don't know, because at the shipyard there wasn't any indication of different variants, so I actually don't know if there are variants of it). something to think about if you care to read this at all
I wanted to vote for the weirder one this time, but I do like the feeling of UFO saucers and delta wings. Disappointed the rather fancy-looking delta wing didn't get the vote last time, though.
I think its going to come down to Alpha vs Charlie but i really want both.

But, it's an alien spaceship after all, so can flying saucer ever be wrong?
I love how familiar, yet alien, the controls on the ship were. It's the full ship design... it says so in the OP....
