No Bloom and no console displays using older lighting system since update.

I updated to day to test the new lighting system. As stated above, when using the current holodeck lighting, there are no lighting Blooms making everything look darker and no light sources on ground maps. I visited numerous locations including Drozana (where it's REALLY dark) ESD and Ship Bridges. There are no console displays (this includes the new lighting system too!).
