Skills squished together in skill tree

Sometimes, the skill tree is drawn wrong with many skills squished together. The problem corrects itself after a few seconds.

I can reproduce the bug reliably the first time I open the "Skills" tab after starting the STO client. But after that, I cannot reproduce the bug until I restart the client.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start the STO client and log on to a character.
2. Press K to open the "Skills" tab.
3. Notice that the skill tree is drawn wrong with many skills squished together.

4. Wait a few seconds for the problem to correct itself.
