In the system space, you can see a weird bright spot over planets in the map window. See the images below.

You can see the bright spot over the bottom half of Qo'noS and the right half of Earth. Note that the right half of Earth is in sunlight, whereas the left half is not. But this intentional difference in brightness can be clearly distinguished from the bright spot I'm talking about, which appears to be a graphics artifact of some sort.
Steps to reproduce
1. Log on to a KDF character.
2. Go to the Qo'noS System.
3. Press M to open the map window.
4. Notice the bright spot over the bottom half of Qo'noS.
5. Log on to a Federation character.
6. Go to the Sol System.
7. Press M to open the map window.
8. Notice the bright spot over the right half of Earth.
Graphics settings
My graphics settings are exactly the same on Holodeck and Tribble. Note that a bug on Holodeck causes the "Advanced" tab to always display "Bloom intensity" as set to 57%. The actual value of GfxSettings.BloomIntensity in my gameprefs.pref file is 0.2. Also, note that I have "Lighting 2.0" turned off on Tribble.
