Spacing in italic text reduced after "Agents of Yesterday: Artifacts"

The spacing between letters in italic text has decreased. This change was introduced by "Agents of Yesterday: Artifacts". Compare the "Before" and "After" images below.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the following build:

Version: ST.64.20160709a.37
SVN build number: 200840
Holodeck patch date: October 13, 2016

2. Start the STO client and log on to a character.
3. Take a screenshot of the mission tracker.
4. Go to the Alpha Quadrant, press M to open the map window, and take a screenshot of the map.
5. Go to the Beta Quadrant, press M to open the map window, and take a screenshot of the map.
6. Exit the STO client.
7. Install the following build:

Version: ST.66.20161009a.2
SVN build number: 201147
Tribble patch date: October 12, 2016

8. Start the STO client and log on to the same character as before.
9. Repeat steps 3 through 5.
10. Compare the screenshots from the two builds.

Graphics settings

My graphics settings are exactly the same on Holodeck and Tribble. Note that a bug on Holodeck causes the "Advanced" tab to always display "Bloom intensity" as set to 57%. The actual value of GfxSettings.BloomIntensity in my gameprefs.pref file is 0.2. Also, note that I have "Lighting 2.0" turned off on Tribble.
