first of all i would like to introduce myself, im ATK Blackdawn fleet leader of the fleet WHEN ROMULANS ATTACK and i would like to be the first of many to welcome you to our page and potentially to our fleet, by looking at this page i am no doubt aware that you are curious about our organization and want to know more - click down if you wish to know more (starship troopers reference lol) - so where to begin,.....
ABOUT US:
- well first off we are an Xbox 1 Romulan/Klingon faction fleet
- as of 10/14/2016 we have a total of 89 members (84 single accounts and 5 secondary accounts) so about 84 different ppl
- if you have a fed character you can still join us on the klingon side
- at least one fleet party chat going all day
- one Fleet leader with group of Officers/Advisers
- pvp oriented
- pve oriented
- trade friendly
- group friendly
- farming friendly
- community friendly
- promotion through the ranks available all you need to do is ask how to qualify
Goals and Achievements:
- Our goal is simple when it comes to our fleet, we are here to be the best in all aspects whether it comes to being the largest fleet or the most community oriented fleet or the best at pvp and even pve or essentially all of the above
- we are looking for the renown and will fight for all the right reasons
- we're not here to scam you or berate you we accept players of all levels because we remember level 1 and how much the grind was to the top
- at WHEN ROMULANS ATTACK we try to push ourselves to the limit and achieve the best possible outcome but we cant do it alone and so we look to the stars and dream that one day we will be able to reach out and grab those stars and put those achievements in our pocket
- some goals include being the first fleet on console to get a tier 5 starbase with all the works, tier 5 shipyard, fleet dilithium mine, fleet embassy, fleet spire and to make sure our members are kitted out with all the best possible gear
What you should expect from this fleet:
- we expect our members to be active but we can understand if real life intervenes, so if you have school, work, family, kids do not fret because you wont be punished for dealing with life Just be sure to give a courtesy notice in the event of real life taking a step forward
- we expect all fleet members to try and contribute when they can and we ask that if they have resources for the upcoming star base projects to donate them to the cause
- we ask of our members to donate only 100,000 credits a day to the fleet bank if they can spare it for buying duty officer resources for fleet starbase projects but if you cant its no big deal.
- we expect our players to help other members with missions they are having trouble with or to attempt under their own initiative to get raid parties going or pvp battlegroups
- and lastly we are here to have fun playing the game, whether you a serious pvp player or the casual raid guy come one come all to the fleet WHEN ROMULANS ATTACK because here opportunity is waiting for you

Also...is more interested in trolling than actually playing the game.
T.S.I fedside or H.O.B.O. KDFside will provide far for help for the XB1 players. Join them instead.
the following responses are from ppl who do not understand the concept of just having fun and all they do is pvp and troll ppl, they talk down about any fleet that isnt theirs as well as the ppl who are apart of them, we here do not judge you by your build or skill level and are only interested in you having a community to have fun with, these ppl that gave these quotes above will obviously berate you put you down and smear you name because you do not want to follow what they want, we are not about controlling our members to run certain builds we do not condone to berating ppls alliances and further more we dont go to other ppls recruitment pages and make disrespecting comments to sway ppl away from their alliance
If yoy dont care if yoyr effective then why are you even playing?! Is failing missions, having a harder time than you need to and not being able to keep up with other players in pvp or pve what you call fun?
Better performance brings better loot.
And the way youre building doesnt allow better performance. We, our fleets have tried to help you and YOU hung out in OUR party trolling and refusing aid while hanging on to your "fun ways" losing must be fun to you. Thats not the case for MOST.
here you say im trolling yet you guys invited me to your party to do nothing but judge and berate and just plain be rude and trashy because i rather do what i want in an "MMO" your so called help is saying here run this cookie cutter build and forget about being original, the object of the game is to do what ever you want how you want build what you want and go where you want but then you go ppl like you who do nothing but try and control others and i find it sad how you guys just have go to ppls recruitment pages to trash talk about them, as stated before you guys judge and criticize those who arent apart of your group and you all are nothing but a group of A--Holes
well said robbert i wish ppl would stop with the petty drama, hit me up and we can chat it up, our fleet is a place where you can get away from this kind of b.s. we just wanna enjoy the game how we want to regardless of play style, skill or build
