Wrong backgrounds when creating new Starfleet/Romulan character.

Whenever I try to create a new character, I get a wrong background for the Starfleet and Romulans (the TOS Starfleet and Klingon are ok). For a Starfleet officer I have a romulan backround, while for a Romulan I have no background at all and the character is missing any lighting.
