Temporal Rep Reward - Mk XIII UR Upgrade Bug

I did have the option on my KDF main BUT when I created a Sponsorship Token the Mk XIII UR option/version of Rep items reverted back to Mk XII VR.
When I deleted said Token on a Fed Sci toon, that toon lost the Mk XIII UR options, too.
All other toons have the Mk XIII UR option.

It may be coincidence, but I recently acquired the Gambling Device on the aforementioned KDF main when I noticed the revert to Mk XII VR.

    It seems the option has returned but I haven't checked with all my toons yet.
