New CTD since last update.

For the past few day's I've been getting a crash to desktop every time I attempt to speak with an NPC vendor. There's no warning or error message beyond the report crash dialog. This seems to be affecting all of my characters and I have switched between Low,Medium and High quality graphic's settings to see if that might be the issue with no luck.
