Singularity harness broken?

in Romulan Discussion
have all three parts, experimental beam, zed console and the hyper torp. in the undine space battlezone the dps doesn't change. anyone else seeing this?

    It's an active ability that you have to slot into your power tray. It modifies your Experimental beam to fire a large blast after you hit the button and the beam is brought to bare.

    but the 2 pc set is suppose to boost plasma torpedo damage. no boost to the particle hyper or omega torpedos.

    That's only ever enhanced Plasma energy weapon damage AFAIK, not Plasma torps.

    ahhh I could have sworn it was projectile damage.
