Y scaling for actors

These two ships (actors of the Fed Fighter 2 Group) are +20 and -20 for their Y values, respectively.

Is there something I am missing, or is this bug?

You can manually adjust their Y to make them match up. I've been having a problem with Y on reach markers I place on a space map.

So this is a bug. There are quite a few things in the foundry at the moment whose Y's are messed up. This applies to both space and ground.
