How to get romulan marks

I have no idea except for the romulan homeworld but all the other thing died out it's like a no mans land. If you are lucky the the Romulan STF with the tholians give you some marks but that's about it nothing else further like I said it's like a no mans land. very strange to be fair.
So I hope the devs come up with something other then this maybe increase the marks on the homeworld so I can save up Romulan Marks Faster.

    Epoh farming is a decent source, the tholian alert daily and all the patrols in that area also give rom marks.
    Always using Japori, Beta Thoridor and Carraya to grind ship masteries (while Argala & Sakari are on CD ;) ) and I've got loads of unneeded rom marks.
