Any idea how to get Bynar doffs?

Does anyone has idea from where or how to get those Bynar doffs?

Only thing i found on net is that they are from fleet packs, after opening quite lot of them, didn't had luck to getting one, or they are from somehwere else?

Also any idea how much unique of them exist? or there are only One of One and Zero of One

    I have seen them on the exchange from time to time, but be warned that they are anything but cheap.
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
