The AI currently deals with an organization that sells information to interested parties. These interested parties can include the Orion Syndicate, Ferengi Commerce Authority, and even Starfleet Intelligence from time to time. Adrar is part of that organization, and most of their information comes from Enigma. In return the organization protects and maintains several of Enigma's key assets (such as large, planet side computer cores).
