Suggestion: Add the ability to block/ignor people in chat.

For the love of God, why do we not have the ability to block/ignore spammers in chat?...
Seriously... I was trying to have a conversation with about three other players yesterday, and four "credits for cash" spammers advertising four different sites all came on at almost the same time, and started flooding the zone channels with countless posts... for hours... reporting these ... people... does nothing... they get added to an ignore list that lasts for two minutes, then when the two minutes are over, you're flooded again... This is beyond infuriating.
I can deal with the "reporting bug", where you have to exit chat to report, but make it permanent!!! Give me the ability to block or ignore these TRIBBLE so that I can have a conversation!!!
