Romulan Fleet...

I know this will never happen...but I so kinda wish that Romulans could form a fleet and have their own starbase and what not....

Course I think all of us RR players can agree that there is a lot we wish they would give us...

    They don't have a starbase but they do have their own command center and fleet that only they can visit, neither the Federation or Klingons can visit them. They get to either visit ESD - Starfleet Academy and all the other space stations when aligned with the Federation. Aligned with the Klingons gives them the same options. I think it would be nice if after reaching the Iconian War missions they could visit both places. Same goes for the Federation and Klingons.

    I was talking about how it would be great if they gave Romulans the chance to form their own fleet with Romulan holdings.

    I completely agree with you. I have characters from all three (or four now) factions, but my favorite one is a Romulan engineer.

    I never actually complained about anything in this game, but I kinda wish Cryptic put more time into creating specific content for all factions. Most of our people are still sleeping in tents outside the city. When is this going to change? Reman part of the city is still not accessible. Our Command Center lacks a Security Officer and our recruitment missions are not working (and patch notes no longer admit this is a problem). The Federation gets its spacedock destroyed and they get a completely new one, but when the Iconians ransack our new homeworld, all we get are few burnt trees added to the map. Where are Acamarian and Suliban Bridge officer we were supposed to get with the release of LoR?

    One of the smaller things that also disappointed me is the mission Stormbound. Why do we have to use Fed or KDF shuttle interiors? We have our own, beautiful interior. I can understand that we don't have our own version of the MACO armor, or that we don't get our own shuttle interior in Operation Gamma, because these content was made before the release LoR.

    And although people can argue that the Iconian Arc had more Romulan and Klingon elements than Fed, some of the newer episodes make our player act like he is not part of the Republic at all. Aside from a rare "Jolan tru", or D'Tan showing up on our viewscreens to give us a new mission, everything else seems like we are already part of that great Galactic Union everyone speaks about, where Roms and Klingons were completely assimilated by the Federation.

    Yep. Already have Vauthil Station for the outer appearance for a starbase as well. Rh'Ihho Station and Gasko for some interior parts. Love to see the possibility for Romulan graphics added to the fleet system.

    Precisely...I know Feds are their babies, but they can do so much more for us Rommies.

    I mean, even just some new ships or something would he nice (or letting us get rid of Tovan Khev XD).

    Today is revive and old thread day, but September is not terribly long ago as these things go. Let the rebukes fly!

    I just started a female Romulan tactical officer and have already formed a high regard for her and her crew (all Romulan, and yes, even Tovan Khev). I'm interested in if seeing there are any Romulans fleets that are recruiting, and I mean Romulan-centric for the most part (even with the games pesky Fed/KDF affiliations for Rommies).

    Anybody?

    I can suggest Singularity Core for fed side and Romulus Liberation Front for kdf side

    Both Bltrrn and Kodachikuno make good points Captain Wells, there are Romulan focused fleets out there, still kickin and having fun. Just check them out and see which one works best for you. :)

    Would like to see the IRS added along with existing IKS/ USS and RRS for fleet names... right now I think the only ship that has IRS is the Kelvin. (Imperial Romulan Ship). Also I'll be darned if I can't find basic tech upgrades on Romulus Command.

    IRW is available on several vessels, just damned few t5/t5u/t6 :/

    Yes, IRW is available on some (but not all) Rom ships. The T5 T'Varo has it, but the T6 doesn't. You might find the IRS designation a bit - ahem - taxing. ;)
