Special items should be useable just like skills. We should be able to set them for certain events just like skills.
Cruisers need the ability to set group commands depending on the situation (like using the shield enhancement when shields are low to regen until 100% or using weapons when battle begins)
Universal consoles are no different from skills we need to be able to use universal consoles at events and automatically just like skills. Please update that.
