    5 Days?

It usually lasts until you log out and back in the first time. If it's still effecting you after 5 days I would open a ticket with support because that's way longer then it's supposed to take.

If you are outside US yes, the restriction is one week (i'm outside US), after that, the second buy is 3 days and after that is instant...

*SIGHS* Don't use Steam for purchases or playing the game. Use the Arc website and you won't get that hassle. Steam and Arc have zero benefit for the game other than being a portal. The game installs on your computer, so find the startrekonline.exe and use that for launching the game. The original launcher is the best way to get into the game and won't cause any conflicts.

Yes, it should, your milleage may vary but it should be lifted on monday, just remember, if you buy anohter zen pack, the time will be added, so you will have to wait more days.. but at least its just the few first times..

I have no desire to arc my credit card number, that is why i am using paypal. But of course when i use paypal with arc it still require credit card. I didn't have that kind of problem when paying for currency in old republic.

Unfortunately, Arc doesn't want to seem to accept PayPal unless you are paying for PayPal with a credit card, which seems to to defeat the whole point of PayPal

Whereas Steam will accept using your PayPal balance to pay for things.

When you go charge at the top of the page, and then choose number of zen you want, you are still using arc no matter of if this is launcher or website.
