Energy Credit Cap on Consoles?

Just a quickie here, is there an energy credit cap on the consoles, like there is on the PC? I was looking through the exchange earlier, specifically at some of the bridge officers that were on sale for 3,000,000 EC. On the PC, your energy credits capped at 1,000,000 EC until a certain item was purchased from the c-store. I've looked at the c-store on the console, and I can't see the cap increase for sale anywhere?

Has the console done away with the cap?

The pc cap is 10,000,000 before the unlock not 1,000,000. That being said i dunno if tje consoles have that same limitation as i own neither

Possibly.

Or they just force you to buy the bazillion zen "subscriber perks" package to get the raise instead.
