Temporal Operative Costume

I have all three pieces of the ground set now, but can't seem to find the costume parts in the tailor for my bridge officers. I can find them for my character, and I can find the helmet for my bridge officers, but the the full suit. It seems like a bug, but if it's not and they've decided not to make reputation set visuals available for Boffs anymore then I'll be disappointed.

    I have this bug (except no helmet), if it is a bug, as well.
    Just for good measure I bought the Temporal Specialization token for the target BOff and enabled it, but the option to use the Temporal costume on that BOff is still not there even if they have the Set equipped.
    There isn't a Costume unlock project in the Temporal Rep, either.

    I see this hasn't been changed or worked on. I sent in a bug report the other day and see this has been going on for a couple years. WHEN is this going to be fixed??
