Can I get my old character from my PC on my ps4

I just got a ps4 and am downloading the free to play game for it but was wondering if there's a way to get my old account downloaded so I can play it on the ps4

Cryptic has stated numerous times that each server is separate and there is no way to transfer your character between the various versions of STO. So if you want to play on your old account, then you have to play it on the PC. Part of it has to do with the PC version being a few months ahead of the console version in terms of content and the other part is that Sony and Microsoft want their cut of all the microtransactions made on your account.
