console mini map help

i'm playing the x1 version and i've had this issue for 2 days. my mini map keeps zooming out and i can't see waypoints making it useless and i can't figure out how to make it zoom back in. it happens by random. i've checked the controlls, options menu, nothing. if some one played the x1/ps4 version and knows how to zoom in map could you please tell me how to do it cause i've been stuck with a useless mini map for 2 days
