Spectator no more mission cannot get the unknown ship

So i wanted to go to unknown vessel but everytime i am near it, i got info that i have to turn back and i warp away.
Is there a way to finish this mission ?
Is this a bug or something ?

    Please list the exact episode name and the name of the sub-section of the episode if there is one.

    The forums just went to hell in the last 4 days with all this console jazz.
    Seems like majority of threads is about console jazz. And the Academy subforum is now console academy.

    Windows 7 64 bit.
    The name of whole mission is Flight from Virinat.
    It is second part when you first enter your starship.
    that part it is called Spectator No More
    Unknown Signal
    Confer with Tovan Khev
    Approach and Scan Unknown Vessel
    Get Status Report from Tovan Khev
    I am stuck at "Approach and Scan Unknown Vessel". Everytime i get near it i get info from tovan that i cannot go that far enter warp and my starship appears at the beginning of the map.
    Only info i found on this issue is https://www.reddit.com/r/sto/comments/4jgi5x/romulan_tutorial_bug/ .
    Apparently you have to find a way around it, i tried going west, going east, going straight, going up and going down, still get the same. Everytime i am a square from the mission objective i get info tovan that we cannot go no futher.
    Please help thanks.
