Where do people still get Reman or Romulan boffs?

Excluding fleet and lobi store, where are people still getting R&R boffs that turn up on the exchange?

you are awarded bridge officers as you level up, I think at level 45 you get a rare and maybe one more at level 50 of 55. There use to be a duty officer assignment on Romulas that would pop up from time to time but I haven't seen it in several months. I am always starting a new thread every month till someone takes notice and either tells us that they are working on it, or that it is not an important bug to fix and it may be years before they get around to fixing it.

I think the current, most popular, method is to create a new Rom toon to get all the BoFFs as you progress, then delete, rinse and repeat.

Yea, I was starting to get annoyed that i couldn't recruit a primarily Reman Boff crew so I chickened out and spent the EC to get them on the Exchange... And Now my Crew is all Reman except for useless Tovan, who won't get the memo and scram unfortunately.
