Cannot connect to account server

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
So i am trying to log into the game but i get " connection to account server time out".
What exactly can i do to resolve this.

    You can check the very first subforum on this site, "Galactic News Network", and watch for when the thread about today's patch is closed. That will be when the servers come back online.

    If you're still having trouble after that, look to see if there's a red dot on your launcher window (indicating the servers are offline for some reason). If not, check your Internet connection and ISP service.​​

    After i deactivated proxy everything went well, it was before patch was applied.
