XBox One away missions aiming

Please for the love of God give us an option to free aim. The snap system is just not fun and so many times I'm aiming at fellow officers. It's clunky and really breaks the fun of the mission.

I also find the targeting system both on ground and in space to be frustrating. Please give us the option to turn on/off auto-targeting for ground and space.
