I had the opportunity to go to Star Trek Mission New York this weekend and I tried out the console version on the PS4. It runs very smoothly and is definitely a graphical improvement over the PC version particularly the lighting though there were definitely some improved textures. The demo involved space combat in a defiant as a rank 33 against the borg and ground combat. The radial menu is difficult to adjust to coming from PC however after only 10 minutes I was used to it. There are also a lot of customization options this interface brings for example you can set science team to run anytime your shields go below 75%. According to the staff there the graphics and lighting improvements will be coming to PC in about a month or so.

For the 3d models they looked very impressive and the detail level was high. Sadly they have no idea what the price is as negotiations are still on going. They are made from a plastic composite common in 3d printing and after seeing them I am definitely going to pick one up myself.
