I don't mean to be particularly critical or anything, but I don't know that it's fair ti discount the Temporal ships just because they launched with AoY. You can get the 31st century ships as a bundle, and the others separately. Making it part of the expansion overshadowed it some, but the fact remains that it's a set of ships the coincides with the release of a new specialization. The only way it's somehow 'less' than a normal specialization/ship combo is that we normally get three ships per faction, and in this case it was one cross-faction bundle and then, conspicuously, a cornucopia of options for Federation players.
It should be noted that the stuff from the AoY packs has also found its way to the zen store to be purchasable individually. This includes a dozen starships or so. Also the 31c temporal 3-pack.
At the moment I think it would be a bit early to give into the impression that cryptic does not supply the zen store with new stuff in favor of other means of sale.
The only thing that is new is that we look at faction related stuff in lock- and promo boxes as of late. Attaching highly desirable items to them instead of zen store seems to create better revenue.
In case of the kelvin lock box I agree, in case of the recent promo I remain skeptical. There are simply so few announcements compared to earlier releases…

Just because a bundle is offered does not mean you have to buy the whole bundle instead of one ship.
Sounds about right, Think that was the last time I bought a ship/s.
Thanks for jogging my memory.
and per the news articles it looks like the flagships were indeed from february.

This exactly, - I simply wanted to check if there was a ship I needed to get for my collection, thought maybe I'd missed one.
Sometimes I get too invested in lockbox or event ships and forget about the c-store and it's offerings.
Thanks for the replies all.
